VPN and many other privacy and security services. Matreshka VPN provides a virtual private network ("VPN") service and other privacy and cybersecurity related services ("Services"). Among other things, the Services include the VPN and other software, extensions, applications, information and content provided by Matreshka VPN. A VPN is a secure way to protect your online activities by encrypting your data connection. In this case, third parties cannot monitor your network traffic - the websites you browse, the files you download, and your use of other internet services. With Matreshka VPN, you can connect to different VPN servers around the world to ensure the privacy of your location. We do not keep logs or collect any information that would allow us to identify you. The few pieces of data we collect are solely necessary to provide our Services to you. The zero-logging policy is one of the most important features of our Service. Your online activities are not logged, stored or shared with third parties when you connect to our Services. For your online security purposes, your use of Matreshka VPN Services is auto-renewed if you used the apple pay and google pay payment methods authorized in the system to pay. You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time. You can subscribe to Matreshka VPN Services for a specific service period. After authorization in Matreshka VPN Services, you will be able to choose the payment method. Only time-limited temporary access services to the application are free of charge. Temporary access is issued to each user who activates it, for a period of 3 calendar days and does not exceed 72 hours from the moment of its activation. Paid Matreshka VPN services are renewed automatically at the end of each service period with a charge using the payment method of your choice, unless you cancel the automatic payments before the automatic renewal. Matreshka VPN may change the subscription fees, including recurring payment amounts or other terms of the subscription from time to time by giving you prior notice of such changes. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price and terms and conditions by continuing to use the Services after the changes become effective. Refunds are made through the Apple and Google payment refund service, in case of payment by using apple pay / google pay services, in case of using a bank card for payment, you need to contact the support service of the service to make a refund, via e-mail: support@matreshkavpn.com or messenger Telegram @matreshkavpn_support. There are no other authorized addresses and contacts of the support service, any contact information stating otherwise is not related to the service. Our main task is to do everything to make you satisfied with the use of our Services. If you decide not to use our paid Services, we will give you the right to get a refund of your money. After the first chargeback, you may receive a second refund if the period between these subscription cancelations is at least 6 months. If you re-purchase a subscription to our Services after the second refund, you will not be given a refund for any further cancellations. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are subject to a 30-day money-back guarantee only after the initial purchase. There is no 30-day money-back guarantee after renewal of a monthly subscription. You will not normally be entitled to a refund after 30 days from the date of purchase. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds after the 30 day period at our discretion if you can demonstrate that the Services you purchased were unavailable or unusable and that you have properly attempted to contact us about the matter.
